I’m looking at my address label, and I don’t see a 9-digit number between asterisks on it. I do see an 11-digit number between two pound signs (#). Could this be it?

I am hoping you can help. I had purchased a dozen magazines to take with me on vacation. One of the magazines was ‘all you’ Health and Fitness Special Issue. I was so excited to read about the 500-calorie meals on page 48. I started reading and then noticed that SOMEONE had torn out pages 49 through 52. I am soooooooooo angry. I looked in Arkansas on vacation but did not find any there. When I returned home to Atlanta from vacation, I went back to the store where I purchased it and they didn’t have anymore. Is there a way I can buy a complete issue from you? Thanks for any help you can give me. Pam

I have already passed my issue along, and I don’t have my 9 digit code anymore. How else can I find it to request my coupons? Thanks.

Call customer service at 866-212-9065 and they should be able to figure out what your code is

It would probably be smart to take this message off the website since, according the e-mail I received 5 hours ago, All You has run out of the June coupon booklets.

I agree- take the message down since you’re now OUT OF THE COUPON BOOK. I feel so valued as a subscriber…

I agree, update or take down this post.

Thank you for contacting ALL YOU Customer Service. Thank you for contacting All You customer service regarding the coupons in newsstand copies. We are committed to all our customers, and want to make sure we are providing them with a magazine they find useful, entertaining and valuable.

Unfortunately we have run out of the coupon booklet you have requested. We are happy to extend your subscription by 1 issue as a courtesy to make up for the differential in coupon value.

Carrie says:
May 19th, 2009 at 7:07 pm

When I received the above e-mail I replied back telling them I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund. They have yet to acknowledge my e-mail. The customer service at All You is very much lacking.

Tara Powell says:

I am so confused by the response from all you in regards to the coupons issue. I tried to e-mail to request the booklet and it didn’t go through. I seen this blog and seen that they ran out. I would like to be redeemed if this is something they are honoring regardless of with coupons or renewing subscribtion. Is there another way to reach them?

No June “All You” yet at Kirk Rd. WalMart in Aurora, IL. When does it usually show up?

Kim says:
May 19th, 2009 at 9:50 pm

I would like my subscription extended since I was unable to get the coupon book from you.

Kris says:
May 20th, 2009 at 1:26 am

I agree with you Carrie, I have asked for a refund too. If there is no benefit to a subscription then I’ll just buy the issues I want @ Walmart. I feel like this was a bait and switch tactic – I never saw a disclaimer in any of the issues I have, I wonder if the legal department at ALL YOU needs to get involved.

Carrie says:
May 20th, 2009 at 1:41 am

Kris, they finally replied to me a little while ago. They are cancelling my subscription and giving me a refund. Maybe if they lose enough money it will make a difference for future subscribers. Until then, I’ll pass.

This is crazy. I just got my June issue in the mail yesterday and I was going to request the booklet. I’m glad I read the comments, because I thought I’d just saved the link wrong. Now I’m upset cause I just renewed my subscription and feel like I should just buy it at the store like everyone else. I don’t even have an email to send my concerns to.

Julie says:

Is it true that subscribers are not getting all the coupons that are availble in the store purchased magazines? I just read on another site that the lits do not match and that subscribers are getting shorted. I don’t have my magazine in hand to check mine to the list here, but it seems to me that if I’ve pre-paid for a year (or two) of the magazine I should be getting the same (if not MORE) for my commitment to their magazine as someone who may or may not buy it at the “new-stand” each month.

Please tell me I have been mis-informed.

Like past posters, I too am very frusterated with the fact that non-subscribers are getting more coupons that subscribers. I have a subscription and am thinking of not renewing once the subscription runs out due the lacking of coupons for subscribers. If anything, subscribers should be rewarded with more coupons that non-subscrubers-not the other way around. Also, what is the deal with putting coupons in your magazine that are only able to be use in just a few states? I originally came to site to request the June coupon booklet that subscribers are not getting (big surprise there) and see that now that is not available! I am very frusterated with your magazine.

Jan Starnes says:

I think I must be brain dead because I don’t see the instructions that you are talking about to get the booklet of coupons that subscribers are missing out on.

I am trying to find the templates for the star and motion star listed in Allyou on pages 116 and 117. I cannot find it anywhere on the website. When I click on the crafts section which shows 5 tabs – I get the same “spooky tree”. Any help on this?

What happened to respecting and valuing the customer?
In these lean economic times – customers are not going to put up with this kind of treatment. I will only not renew my subscription – but I will be doing my shopping at a retailer that values my business.

As soon as I saw the original posting about the extra coupons in the June newsstand issue, I wrote and asked for the June coupon booklet, also. I must have gotten in before they ran out because I did get a reply back that it would be sent to me, which I’m happy about.

However, in the reply they sent to me, I was told that “newsstand buyers pay a premium” for each issue, which to me implies that since I, as a subscriber do not “pay a premium” for the issues, I am apparently less valued as a customer. And this I do not appreciate.

So while I am glad that I will be sent the coupon booklet, I also may just stop my subscription since apparently I am not as valued to All You as non-subscribers are. And if I stop my subscription (which I had recently renewed), most likely I also will not even buy the newsstand copies. Which means that not only will All You possibly lose a subscriber, they will also not gain someone that is willing to ‘pay a premium’ to buy the newsstand issues. In other words, they could possibly lose me as a customer altogether.

Please, All You, show that you value your subscribers as much as you value the non-subscribers. Frankly, you should value us even more since the fact that we do subscribe means that we are most likely more loyal to both All You and, more importantly, to the coupon advertisers that pay All You than a lot of the non-subscribers may be. (not speaking of those non-subscribers on here, of course, since obviously those on here are definitely loyal :)

Julie says:

my customer number is #2048 8969 360# I would like a coupon booklet, an additional issue… whatever it is you are doing to show your subscribers that you DO value us. In your “distribution numbers” I’m sure having a larger subscriber base is something that plenty of your advertisers (yes, I know THEY are the ones you make your profit from) are looking for and are re-assured by.

I purchased an AllYou magazine today, 05/26/09 at my local WalMart. I’d seen on your website that page 140 had a $7.00 coupon for Chlorinating tablets PLus listed. I got the mag home, but there was no page 140 and no coupon in it for the tabs. I went back and checked the other copies at WalMart and none of them had the coupon. I feel cheated!! That was a big reason for my buying the mag this week.

I’m really upset at what I just found out regarding the June coupon booklet only going to non-subscribers. That doesn’t even begin to make sense!!! Not only that, when you offered the coupon booklet to subscribers that emailed a request for it, you only caused more frustration by not having nearly enough of them. This policy needs to be changed immediately, or I will cancel my subscription, as well.

Since you appear to be out of the coupon booklets, then I would like to request the extra issue as part of my subscription. I don’t have the 9 digit account number on my label with astriks as you described,so here is the information that I do have on my label:#BXNCSPH***************SCH 3-DIGIT 950
#2478 8116 290#AY A0090NY00 B

Thank You,
Michele Rice

I have been buying your Magazine for months now and I have not gotten the coupons that were SUPPOSEDLY in the magazine I buy the magazine at Walmart and I dont get the coupons and from what I see people who subscribe to the magazine dont get the coupons either how do you get away with false advertising I can tell you I have bought my last magazine and looks like there are alot of other consumers that feel the same way. I have bought the last two magazines that are suppose to have the chlorine coupon in them and that is a $7.00 coupon that isnt in the magazine. From what i read from the other consumers they arent happy with the false advertising either

very disappointed customer

I really enjoy the magazine but, I don,t like to cut out the coupons if there is an article or anything on the back that I can use or do.It would be nice if all the coupons were in the back or on a page of it’s own.

Their customer service STINKS! I have written them 4 times over 2 months ago I subscribed thru Southern Living for my daughter and I. She has never received an issue tho I got my June about a month ago..I have written them 4 times even sent a copy of my confirmation that I paid thru SL and all I get is a form letter saying sorry about your problem please send up your 9 digit number by your name on the mailing label ( my daughter doesn’t have a mailing label cause she hasn’t gotten an issue yet) and someone will be contacting you within 24-48 hours and NOTHING yet even tho it has been almost 2 weeks.
Maybe its time I ask for my money back from 2 subscriptions.
Very disappointed.

I too bought several (5) copies of the June All You, to get the coupons for the pool chemicals that were listed on the “valuable coupon” summary. It looks like they were all supposed to be on page 140. I was so excited about those coupons…I was tethering back and fourth, if I was going to put the pool up this year for the kids, due to the high cost of running the pool and keeping it chemically balance. When I was standing in line at Walmart I picked up the June issue and saw on the summary I could save a bundle on pool chemicals…I got so excited I put four more magazines in my basket and told the kids it looked like they were going to get their pool this year after all. Imagine my dismay when I went to go cut out my prize coupons and there was no sign of them. I really do feel cheated. I know everyone makes mistakes, but is there any way I can still get a hold of those coupons? I am really hating the fact that I may have to take back what I said and tell the kids they can not have a pool this year when they have been so excited about it. Please let me know if there is something that can be done to solve this problem. Thank you in advance for any help you can be.
