I use a lint roller on my dog.
Very smart Rosalee! My cats would DEFINITELY not like that. Chrissy
My favorite thing to stop it is shed ender. Its a comb that makes your pets shed less. If its beyond that then I leave it up to my lil 20 dollar red devil that I bought from Target during black Friday. That thing has worked better than every vacuum I’ve bought that says it works on pets.
I am definatly going to be trying this! My babies leave their mark everywhere.
Dyson Animal vacuum is the only thing I’ve found that picks up animal hair from carpets quickly and easily. It comes with a pet hair attachment for use on upholstery. They make a brush attachment for use *on* the animal, but I haven’t tried that–I don’t think my nervous dog would cooperate with being brushed with a running vacuum nearby.
A damp sponge is great for picking up pet fur.
My cat keeps biting her hair out as I think she is stressed. She keeps coughing up hair balls all over the house which is a bit of a nightmare. My hover seems the pick up all the cat fur though but it seems to get all over the place!
Reblogged this on Tracey in Maine.
Anyone who doesn’t mind the investment should look into the Rainbow vacuum. It uses water instead of traditional bag or canister type systems. It works really well for pet hair. I even turn it on as an air purifier a few times per week.
