Free help for foot pain
I’ve always known that wearing uncomfortable shoes could lead not just to wear and tear on my feet, but also on my knees, hips and back. I’ve also always known that my arches are flat, so I shop for shoes with extra arch support. But after a recent visit to Foot Solutions I learned that the arch support I sought—though not necessarily a bad thing—wasn’t addressing the real problem behind my foot pain.
I stepped on a computerized foot scanner (felt like a mini foot massage!) that printed out a report showing what areas of my feet receive the most punishment. For me, it was (gasp!) the ball of my foot, also called the forefoot. That explains why after a day on my feet, even in shoes with the best arch support, I still feel pain in my feet and lower back.
I was happy to know what I really need to be doing to keep my feet pain-free, and even happier to find without having to spend a dime. Foot Solutions gives a free evaluation to anyone who walks into the store—whether you do your shoe shopping there or elsewhere! Now, I shop for shoes that will take the pressure off my forefoot. I’ve got one pair already and even if I were blindfolded, I could easily tell you at the end of every day what shoes I wore.

I’ve been to the Foot Solutions store outside of Atlanta and had a wonderful experience! I learned that I have high arches and put a different amount of pressure on each foot. And now that I have my custom inserts, my feet feel amazing! I also bought a pair of Chung-Shi shoes for my power walking. My legs are already firmer. Overall, love Foot Solutions!

I actually took my mom in, because she has somewhat flat feet and they were bothering her. I watched her go through the experience, and I have to tell you I was so impressed, I insisted that I get a turn! I found out that I have very high arches and if I don’t support them, they will become flat like my mom’s. I was sold on the spot, and now I am back to running 6 miles with absolutely no pain in my feet, knees and hips…. thank you Foot Solutions!

Sounds really interesting! I’ve been having bad foot pain recently and I had to stop wearing heels altogether a couple months back. I’m going to go check out Foot Solutions and hopefully they’ll be able to help me get back into my fave Jimmy Choos! Thanks Betsy!!

I recently heard of Foot Solutions. Will be checking it out this weekend! I am on my feet most of the day for work and always come home with lower back pain.
