It’s Earth Day. So let’s reduce, reuse, recycle and snag some free reusable shopping totes for that next trip to the grocery store! Here are five ways to get free shopping bags that are good for the planet.

1)    Kroger shoppers, create a design for a free reusable shopping bag and get a free reusable tote when you submit your design. This offer is also good at Kroger sister stores, including Fry’s, King Soopers and Fred Meyer.

2)    Score a free Everyday with Rachael Ray reusable grocery tote by mail when you purchase select Kraft Foods brands, like Ritz, Capri Sun and Chips Ahoy.

3)    Be one of the first 1,000 to sign up on the Aveeno web site on Wednesday (4/22) to get a free limited edition Aveeno Envirosax reusable organic cotton bag, as well as a sample of the new Aveeno Nourish+ Hair Care Collection shampoo and conditioner.

4)    Get a free reusable shopping tote from Earthbound Farm when you take the Sustain Yourself, Sustain the Planet Pledge. The first 10,000 people who take the pledge each week in April will get a bag.

5)    Wegmans shoppers, head to your local store between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday (4/25) to get a free reusable shopping bag in exchange for a tightly packed bag of plastic bags.
