A good reason to vote
Vote & Eat!
There are many reasons to get out and vote this year, but our favorite is the free ice cream! Visit your local Ben & Jerry’s ice cream parlor on Election Day between 5 and 8 p.m. and get a free scoop. They want you to prove you voted with an “I voted” sticker or a photo of yourself in front of your polling place — but they’ll also accept the “I Voted dance” or just your word that you voted. (We’re not sure what the “I Voted dance” entails, but we’re hoping to catch someone doing it while claiming our scoop.) Now the biggest decision you’ll have to make on Election Day — well, the second biggest — is what flavor to have.
